"What can I say - except that every visit is better than the last. Being so high
above the clouds I feel closer to Heaven. The lookout point is very special and
I love sitting amongst the Fynbos at sunset. Lying out at night under the canopy
of stars and waking up in the morning when the mist is caught in the valley and
slowly it starts to rise revealing the perfection of nature. So many wondeful
trips and memories. I have left my heart on that mountain." Shannon

| "Porterville is beautiful and its not far to drive. My best
was sitting on the mountain watching the sun go down in the valley
- so stunning! The cottage (I stayed in Pelargonium) was comfortable

"It is a stunning place to spend the weekend (or more if you
are lucky enough to have more free time). As a paragliding pilot
it is a great place to stay as the Porterville paragliding launch
is just down the road. The views from the cottage are gorgeous
with misty mountains going on forever. The cottage itself is great.
I love the interior design. It is stylish and comfortable yet affordable.
Would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates nature, comfort,
tranquility and a touch of the rustic."

linen is wonderful and the flowers a really welcoming touch. We
saw a big grysbok, dassies, baboons and a wonderful collection
of insects (some huge!) It was novel losing our water supply
to the baboons’ penchant for disconnecting the hose whenever
they felt like a drink! The view is spectacular and the peace
